Checklist:
- Find the natives camping near the lab.
- Find an alternative path to the cave.
- Enter the natives' arena.
- Defeat Ope's strongest warriors in combat.
- Get blood sample from defeated warrior.
- Take blood sample to Dr. West
When you arrive at the entrance to the native camp, you will be prompted to seek out an alternative path. Head off to the left, going down this beaten path, to come upon an arena of sorts.
You will be assaulted by wave after increasingly hard wave of undead enemies. At first, you should have no problem handling one Infected here and there, but as Ope unleashes more opponents you begin to deal with two or more Infected at the same time. Well-timed kicks and deftly performed quick-kills are tantamount to survival. If you feel overwhelmed, don't be afraid to blow Fury.
The final opponent combines the strength and endurance of a Thug and the ferocity of an Infected. The Electro Military Knife from Developer's no. 1 craft yields surprisingly effective results. The Left Hand of Glova from Developer's 666 craft knocks the enemy down instantly and allows for a quick head-stomp kill. If you don't have one available, a sticky bomb and just really powerful weapons will have to do. You'll want to exploit your character's nimble feet by dodging accordingly to avoid most of the enemy's blows.
After you finish him off, pilfer the blood sample from the defeated warrior and return to Dr. West.
